Transition Process

Our Teleradiology Transition Process

1

The Inquiry
Phase

1. Inquiry from Client
2. Understanding Client Requirements
• Scope of Project
• Quantum of Work
• Timelines Involved
• Resource Planning

As far as the transition of Teleradiology processes from clients to InteGlo is concerned, we believe that this is the key phase. Once we get an inquiry, our sales team will interact with the clients to understand the scope of the project. We will also understand the quantum and specific type of work involved and map it to radiologists and delivery infrastructure. We also consult with the client to implement/upgrade the technology infrastructure necessary for the successful implementation of the proposed solution.

2

The Pilot
Processing of Initial Samples

1. Non Disclosure Agreement
2. Processing of Initial Sample
2. Client Validation
• Quality of Processed Sample

Next, we process the initial set of samples during this pilot phase. The samples can be processed for either initial reporting or final reporting. This facilitates the assessment of our reporting quality and turnaround times. The samples are processed after we enter into a Non Disclosure Agreement with the clients.

3

Proposal and contract

1. Commercial Proposal
• Project Deliverables
• Delivery Schedule
• Quality Parameters
• Reports
2. Signoff – Service Contract

During the third phase, we submit a detailed proposal and implementation roadmap to the client, which covers all aspects of the Teleradiology project and its transition. We also draft the SOP (the Standard Operating Procedure) of the reporting process, which is the basis on which the radiologists assigned to the process execute the work. The process is ready for execution once we enter into the service contract with our clients and the receipt of the initial advance.

4

Execution & Delivery

1. Process Execution (Reporting on the Radiological Images)
2. Continuous Process Improvement

Before we start the execution and delivery phase we orient the entire team about the client’s specific requirements with regard to quality and processing time. The in-house Quality Control (QC) teams assigned to the process works on continuously improving the process and make it more efficient. Once the process is transitioned, we continue to provide the client regular feedback to ensure efficient delivery.
